Package Tracking - A.I.R. Training System Inc. and TravelRoller™ uses Canada Post Ground Expedited with tracking for our regular shipping. When your package was shipped an email was sent with a tracking number.

Return Policy

If for any reason you should find our products unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days*. Before returning any product, please call customer service at 1-888-342-8884 for a return authorization (RA) number. No products will be accepted without a RA number. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges.

What if I want to make a return, but have lost my return authorization number? If you have misplaced your return instructions and required RA number, please call 1-888-342-8884 weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm (MST) to talk with a TravelRoller representative.

How do I redeem my tradeshow discount coupon?

Do A.I.R. Training System products carry a warranty?

Products manufactured by A.I.R. Training System carry a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. Only manufacturers defects within the first 6 weeks will be considered on warranty. As you use the TravelRoller™ more, it will need replacement. If you abuse your TravelRoller it will wear out faster. TravelRollers are very durable, but do not last forever. We recommend a new TravelRoller every 4-6 months with daily use.

What is A.I.R. Training System return policy?

All of our products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, with exception of the DVD’s, books, and workshops. Should you find our products unsatisfactory, please contact Customer Service (1-888-342-8884) for a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the item, you will be credited for the product that you return. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges.

Can I order by telephone?

If you reside in the continental US or Canada, you may use our toll-free number and order by phone weekdays from 8 am to 5pm (MST) at 1-888-342-8884. International customers, please call + 011-1-403-242-8884.

Can I order by fax?

A.I.R. Training System does accept faxed orders. In order to process the order, your fax must detail your name, shipping address, item number and description and your credit card information. Pre-approved fitness facilities and health professionals may use a purchase order number. Fax your orders to: 403-242-8823.

Shipping Information

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?

Shipping and handling charges are based on packaging, handling, and our invoiced shipping costs. Shipping one TravelRoller with all included components is $12 for North American customers. Orders for multiple TravelRoller products and orders from outside of North America will receive a custom shipping quote.

Can I request a rush delivery?

Rush delivery is shipped via UPS 1-day courier service. This reliable service ensures that if you need a TravelRoller the next business day, we will get it to you! Please order directly with Customer Service during regular business hours at 1-888-342-8884 to arrange for a rush delivery order.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
