Post workout mobility work
Today my body was a little achy. It’s been a long week of some intense lifting with some Met-cons thrown in the mix. I spent about 40 minutes working on my shoulders with a variety of movements with bands and the dowel, along with some snatch work intermittently. Afterward, I utilized some of my home gym tools (travel roller, power plate and bands) to work on my hip’s mobility as well as work on a few trigger points.
I can’t say it enough though… I love my travel roller!
