Roll into the New Year feeling Awesome!

Whats the first thing you should do on January 1st? Start moving and get exercising, thinking happy and go conquer those new year resolutions!

 

Here are some tips in how to get feel more energized and awesome in the NEW YEAR!

 

1) Drink a glass of lemon water with a pinch of sea salt, first thing when you wake up.

This will start cleansing your bodies lymphatic system and recover your hydration and electrolytes. It also helps purify and stimulate the liver which can aid in weight loss.

2) THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS: Thoughts have the power to heal or destroy your life and your body. Happiness depends on what you think, so be conscious of your daily self talk.

Eliminate Internal Negative Chatter and replace it with Positive Affirmations.

3) Wake up happy with a smile on your face & OWN your life.

Choose to be happy and take ownership of your life. Leaders and winners don’t complain and blame others for their unhappiness, they own it and do it with a smile.

4) Wake up HUNGRY! 

What are you hungry for? Do something amazing today!

5) Foam Roll for at least 5 minutes a day! Make it a habit to roll out either first thing in the morning when you wake up or right before you go to bed.

 

This is a great way to set the tone for each new day and set the tone for your body. You will feel much more energized, aligned and flexible to do the things you want in your day. Most of us get so busy they say they don’t have time to roll.  Why not set you alarm 5 minutes earlier. Jump out of bed and onto the foam roller.  You will wake up easier and your body will start loosening up and getting energize for the new day!
